Why it can happens
Heepsy's platform indexes millions of influencer profiles across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Due to the size and dynamic nature of social platforms:
Some creators may deactivate accounts, change their username, switch to private, or delete content.
Profiles shown in search reflect data from our last update.
What you can do
If you encounter inactive or empty profiles, you can:
Skip them;
Click to Refresh to get the most recent data. If the creator simply changed their username, Refresh will detect the change and automatically update the profile with their current username and up-to-date info — the profile doesn't need to be treated as gone just because the old username no longer resolves;
Report problematic profiles to our support team for priority cleanup;
