Setting a Follow-Up
From a list, profile, or search result, click “New outreach email” to open the email composer.
In the email modal, switch on the “Follow-up” toggle.
Click the “Next” button to move to the follow-up setup screen.
Customize your Follow-Up message
Select the date or delay after the initial email to send the follow-up.
Choose whether to send the follow-up to:
All recipients, or
Only those who opened the first email (recommended for higher relevance).
Click Send to confirm and schedule your outreach + follow-up flow.
Track Pending Emails
You can view your scheduled and sent messages in the Sent Emails section of your account. This helps you monitor delivery status and manage future communications.
Canceling Pending Follow-Ups
Go to Sent Emails.
Apply the filter for "Pending" emails.
Locate the follow-ups that are scheduled but not yet sent.
Delete the pending emails from the list.
