How can I track influencer replies and follow-ups?

This article explains how to monitor the performance of your influencer outreach including replies, follow-ups, and delivery status.

Track outreach performance in Sent emails

Open the Sent emails section to see real-time metrics for all your sent emails:

  • Sent % or count

  • Delivered % or count

  • Opened % or count

  • Clicked % or count

  • Responded % or count

  • Undelivered % or count

Each metric updates in real time so you can see how your outreach is performing at a glance.

Track replies in Inbox

When a creator replies to your outreach, their message appears in the Inbox. Unlike Sent emails, the Inbox only shows conversations where the creator has replied — making it easy to see who needs a response. From the Inbox you can:

  • Read and reply to creator messages directly in Heepsy

  • Attach files to your reply

  • Archive conversations once a collaboration is complete

Filter emails by status

Use the dropdown filter on the left side to sort emails by status:

  • All

  • Delivered

  • Delivered & Not Opened

  • Opened

  • Opened & Not Responded

  • Opened & Not clicked

  • Opened & Not clicked & Not responded

  • Clicked

  • Responded

  • Pending (Scheduled)

View individual messages

Click on any influencer in the list to view:

  • The full content of your email or follow-up

  • The date it was sent

  • Action buttons like "New email" or "View profile"
