How do I make payments to influencers in Heepsy?

How to make a payment

  1. Inside any influencer project, open the creator.

  2. Click the "Make a payment" button or "Pay" within "Amount owed".

  3. Fill in the creator's handle, email, and collaboration details.

  4. Choose the payment type (Single or Recurrent) and amount.

  5. Submit the payment.

The creator will receive an email to enter their payment details. After that, there is a mandatory 3 business day review window. They typically receive the payment within 4–5 business days after you submit.

Note: Payments made through Heepsy include a processor fee (a pass-through of what our payment processor charges — Heepsy adds no margin on top) plus a fixed 3.50% processing fee, both VAT included. You'll see the full breakdown before confirming any payment.

Note: The Demo project does not support payments. This is intentional, not a bug.
