Plan requirement

Heepsy Payments is available on Starter, Plus, and Advanced plans. It is not available on the Free plan. If the "Make a payment" button is greyed out, check that your account is on a paid plan.

How to make a payment

Inside any influencer project, open the creator.
Click the "Make a payment" button or "Pay" within "Amount owed".
Fill in the creator's handle, email, and collaboration details.
Choose the payment type (Single or Recurrent) and amount.
Submit the payment.

The creator will receive an email to enter their payment details. After that, there is a mandatory 3 business day review window. They typically receive the payment within 4–5 business days after you submit.

Note: Payments made through Heepsy include a 12% service fee. For example, to send a creator €100, you will be charged €112.

Note: The Demo project does not support payments. This is intentional, not a bug.
