Fee breakdown
When you make a payment to a creator, the payment summary shows two separate charges before you confirm:
Fee (VAT included) — this is what our payment processor charges to move the money. Heepsy doesn't add any margin on top of this.
Processing fee (VAT included) — a fixed 3.50% fee, shown as both an amount and a percentage in the summary.
Both charges are included in your total, and both are VAT-inclusive.

You'll see the exact fee breakdown and total before confirming any payment.
Be sure to complete your billing information if you want the fees properly reflected on your invoice.
You'll receive a receipt for each payment made.
