When you can expect to see posts
Heepsy runs media checks twice per day.
If you’ve just launched monitoring or the creator recently published content, results may take up to 12 hours to appear.
Please check back later before assuming nothing was detected.
Why some posts might not be included
Post is restricted by instagram;
More than one author;
Wrong or missing hashtags/mentions;
Creator posted outside the monitoring date range;
Monitoring was set up from the global Monitoring tab, not the campaign list (results won’t link to your campaign media view).
Actions if you don't see monitored media
Double-check:
That the correct hashtags/mentions were used - The right format is using commas between your data (e.g. #hashtag1, #hashtag2 / @mention1, @mention2, etc.);
That the creator’s profile is public, not age or region restricted - You can try to view the post in a browser incognito mode.
That the post was published within the selected date range.
Wait a few hours, especially if the post is recent.
