Heepsy's Creator Detection feature is a powerful tool that simplifies the process of identifying content creators within your social networks and email database. Please, take a look at our pricing page to know the plans including this feature.

Upload files to be analyzed by Heepsy

To access the Creator Detection feature just head over to the Search and Contact section and select Creator Detection.

Once you're in the Creator Detection section, locate the Upload new button. From there, you can submit files containing lists of email addresses or social media usernames. If you'd like to analyze your Instagram followers, follow the steps outlined in this article in order to obtain the file to be analyzed.

Ensure that the file you upload features a single column dedicated to either emails or social media usernames. Supported formats include CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx) and JSON (.json). See the example below:

After you've uploaded your file, our system will identify creators who meet specific criteria, such as having a minimum of 1,000 subscribers on YouTube or 5,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok.

Efficient List Management

When you upload files, our system automatically creates lists with default names, which you can easily customize by clicking on the three dots: download, delete, or rename lists for efficient organization.

Each list provides a detailed snapshot of the creators it contains, offering key insights into metrics like followers, engagement, location, and mentions. To dive deeper into a creator's profile, simply click on their name.

In addition, you can use action icons to add creators to existing lists, contact them, or add them to a board. When dealing with multiple profiles, you can also perform bulk actions.

Troubleshooting No Creators Detected

If the system doesn't identify any creators within your file, don't worry – we've got you covered. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Double-check that you've uploaded a valid file in either CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) format.

  • Ensure that your file is organized with a single column containing either email addresses or social media usernames.

  • Keep in mind that Heepsy will only display results for creators who meet the minimum criteria, which include having a minimum of 1,000 subscribers on YouTube or 5,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok.
