When you close a paid deal with a brand you will be able to receive the payment through Heepsy.
How do I receive the fee payment?
Whether you've secured a collaboration via Heepsy or through other external communication channels, whenever a brand processes a payment for your work on Heepsy, you will receive the following email:
You must follow these steps in order to receive your payment:
Log in to Heepsy, or if you're new to Heepsy, create an account using the same email address where you received Heepsy's payment notification.
Navigate to the Settings section and verify your social networks. If you already have a Heepsy account, proceed to the next step.
Visit the Payments section and locate the rows marked "Confirmation pending”. Then, click the "Get paid" button.
Complete your billing information. For international transactions (outside of Spain), we strongly recommend adding a valid PayPal account to expedite payment processing.
After completing these steps, your payment status will change to "Payment pending." Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to be processed.
If a brand raises a concern during this time frame, our Heepsy team will reach out to you to request proof of the agreed-upon content. If you've published a lesser amount of content than initially agreed upon, Heepsy will make a proportional payment and refund the remaining amount to the brand.
