At Heepsy, we've designed a user-friendly way for you to create and manage lists. You can easily organize your favorite influencers and maintain your data in a neat and orderly fashion to reach potential collaborators. To see if this feature is included in your plan, visit our pricing page.

Adding profiles to your list

  • From the Search results, click on the folder icon to add each creator to a new or existing List.

  • Add profiles in bulk to lists by selecting various results at the same time (max. of 24 results/page).

Information Available in Lists:

Go to the Search and Contact section and click on Lists. From here, you have a few options at your fingertips: create new lists, change their names, or even delete them if they're no longer useful.

With each list, you get a comprehensive view of creators’ essential information like followers, engagement metrics, location data, and mentions. Plus, you can click on each creator and dive deeper into each profile to unlock their complete report. The best part? You don't have to worry about these reports disappearing right after you've viewed them—they're available for a generous 30 days without any additional deductions from your account!

Bulk Profile Management:

Optimize your workflow with Heepsy's bulk actions:

  • Select multiple profiles to reach out to influencers at once.

  • Unlock reports for in-depth data analysis.

  • Edit lists by deleting multiple influencers simultaneously.

  • Download selected profiles or the entire list based on your requirements.

Downloading a List

To download your entire list:

  1. Select the desired list.

  2. Click on the top right corner or the "Download List" button.

  3. Choose between CSV or XLS file formats for your downloaded list.

  4. Don’t forget to unlock reports per page first if you’d like to include all the information (such as email contacts) in your export.
