How to analyze influencer profiles with Heepsy

Understanding influencer profiles is crucial for making informed decisions about your influencer marketing campaigns.

Heepsy provides detailed profiles for each influencer, showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs) that help you evaluate their potential value to your brand. This guide will explain the key KPIs, their importance, and how to combine them to maximize the value of your collaborations.

Inside Heepsy’s creator's database, you will find a minority of vetted creators who have signed up on the platform and added more information about their social media profiles. These are called opted-in influencers and you can differentiate them by the green badge next to their profile picture.

Profile preview

When you open a profile, you get a quick overview of essential information to help you determine if the influencer aligns with your criteria. In this preview, you'll find:

  • Profile picture, username, and location. Get a sense of the influencer's identity.

  • Profile tags. Categories indicate the type of content they generate.

  • Public email and New email button: easily reach out to influencers.

  • Make a Payment: Pay influencers safely through Heepsy.

  • Verification status (only for opted-in). It indicates if the social networks are verified and the creator is registered on Heepsy.

  • Direct link to social media profile and bio. Quick access to their social media profile.

  • Recent followers and engagement data. Stay updated on their audience and engagement rates, and update them if necessary.

  • Latest post details:. Insights into the latest content, including likes and comments.

  • Creator's official fees (only for opted-in). Rates per Instagram posts, reels, and stories; TikTok videos; and Youtube videos.

On the top right, you'll find buttons for various actions, such as:

  • Refresh Data: If you believe the information is outdated (refreshable once every 24 hours),.

  • Add profile to lists.

  • Add Profile to Boards.

  • Copy URL. Share the influencer's Heepsy profile.

  • View Profile in Another Tab.

On the top left, you'll discover tabs dedicated to actions directly involving the influencer, communication history, shared media, and payment records.

Unlocking a Report

Heepsy provides in-depth reports with analytics, including:

  • Publication Insights

Engagement metrics, weekly post frequency, content reactions, and publication recency (Available for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).

  • Creator Uploaded Insights (only for opted-in creators)

Real insights about followers (location, age, gender), impacts, views, and clicks on content.

  • Audience Insights

Estimated with AI and based on real stats from similar influencers in terms of location, content and number of followers; covering follower evolution, authenticity, language, and interests (available for Instagram and TikTok).

  2. Audience Demographics + Engagement Rate

    • Ensure that the influencer’s audience matches your target demographic and that they are actively engaging with the influencer’s content. This combination helps in maintaining brand consistency and effectiveness.

  3. Authenticity Score + Follower Count

    • High authenticity combined with a significant follower count means the influencer is not only trustworthy but also has a broad reach. This can amplify your brand’s visibility and credibility.

  4. Engagement Rate + Audience Demographics

    • A high engagement rate within your target demographic ensures that your marketing efforts resonate with the right people, leading to higher conversion

How to Access and Interpret Influencer Profiles on Heepsy

  1. Access the Search Tab

    • Log in to your Heepsy account and navigate to the "Search" tab in the "Search and Contact" section of the dashboard.

  2. View Influencer Profiles

    • Click on an influencer’s profile to view detailed information. Here, you can find data on all the key KPIs mentioned above.

  3. Analyze the Data

    • Take the time to analyze each KPI and consider how they align with your campaign goals. Use the insights to make informed decisions about which influencers to collaborate with.
