How can I contact a creator?
You can contact a creator via email from the Search & contact section in different ways:
From the Search section. In the Search section, after searching, click on the envelope icon or the New email button in the profile view. You will then be prompted to add a message.
Upon opening, a message composition window will appear, displaying the contact counter corresponding to your plan limits.
Within this window, you can edit both the subject and content of the message, utilizing various text editing tools. The insert field button allows you to seamlessly incorporate active campaigns into your communication.
Furthermore, you have the option to utilize default templates or craft your own, which can be saved or deleted as needed. Lastly, you can preview the email to see how it will be sent to the creator.
If the contacted influencers reply to your messages, their responses will arrive in your Heepsy inbox as well as your email inbox.
From the Lists section. After adding some influencers to a new or existing list, the contact option will also be available.
If you'd like to bulk contact a group of influencers just use the checkbox on the left side, select the creators to be contacted, and add a common message for all of them.
How can I check the performance of my emails?
Go to the Sent Emails section and you will see a complete dashboard with all the emails you've sent through Heepsy and their Open rate, Click-through rate, and Bounce rate.
