Analyzing the performance of your collaborators' content and gaining valuable insights is crucial for optimizing your influencer marketing campaigns. Heepsy’s reporting feature offers detailed insights into your collaboration performance, allowing you to make informed decisions. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to generate and use campaign reports effectively.

Creating a Report

  1. Create a New Report

    • Click on "New Report" in the Reports section.

    • Name your report, and it’s ready to go. You can edit the report name or delete it by clicking the three dots next to it.

  2. Applying Filters

    • By default, your first report includes information from all your boards. Use filters to focus your report.

      • Choose Specific Board: Select the board you want to analyze.

      • Select Columns: Choose columns from one or more boards.

      • Analyze Campaign Offer: Focus on a particular campaign offer.

        • Set Time Period: Define a specific time period for the analysis.

Remember to save your report after applying filters, or discard it if you change your mind. Combining filters makes your report more specific, but it may not yield results if there's no corresponding data.
