Auto refreshing
We automatically refresh all media sourced from URLs or collected through automated tracking every 7 days. Media added from your device will not be refreshed automatically.
Refresh media stats uploaded via URL manually
To get the latest performance updates, click the “Refresh media” button. You can do this from:
The All content page;
Inside any creator project;
In the Reporting section (when building or reviewing a campaign report).
Once clicked, Heepsy will fetch the newest metrics from the connected social platforms.

Click on 3 dots on the media you would like to update.
Click on the "Edit".
Change values manually.
Save.
