Where to Start Monitoring

From a Creator List

  1. Open your list and open the creator you want to track.

  2. Click the monitoring icon (REC) from the actions menu.

  3. Fill in the required monitoring details (explained below).

From the Monitoring Section

  1. Navigate to the Monitoring tab in the left-side menu.

  2. Click “Create new” to set up a new monitoring session

How to Configure Monitoring

In the Creator Media Monitoring window:

  1. Name the session – For example, “Spring Launch Campaign”

  2. Select a creator and the social network (currently supports Instagram)

  3. Set the campaign date range to track content posted during this window

  4. Choose media types:

    • Posts

    • Stories

  5. (Optional) Add:

    • Hashtags (e.g., #mybrand)

    • Mentions (e.g., @mybrandprofile)

For stories, only mentions are tracked. For posts, if you include both mentions and hashtags, Heepsy will only retrieve posts that match both conditions.

Where Collected Media Appears

All detected content will be automatically added to:

  • The creator’s Media tab

  • Your campaign reports, if linked

This ensures all deliverables are centralized and available for performance analysis.

Credit Usage

Monitoring uses 1 media credit per creator monitored

Your balance is displayed before starting a session
