To ensure smooth communication and efficient record-keeping, you can easily share your session documents using the following methods:
Send via email: You can directly send a patient explainer document to your patient from within Heidi. The email will be sent from a generic Heidi address.
Copy text for pasting: After the visit, easily copy the notes and paste them into your EHR. Heidi has different options for copying the notes - you can click the arrow next to “Copy” and select your optimal option. You can also use the copy and paste function to copy a referral letter into your personal email to send to the referring doctor.
Export as PDF or Doc: Export the patient explainer as a PDF or Word document. You can then print it to hand to the patient at the end of the session.
