You can paste intake forms, such as questionnaire assessments or referral notes, into the “Context” tab before, during or after a session, to include that information within the notes and documents you generate. You can use this feature to:
Get your support staff to pre-load vitals, intake forms and other information before the session begins
Include results from a test performed during the session into the notes and documents
Include information from a referral letter into the notes and documents
