This article explains how to approve, publish, or reject branded campaigns across your connected Facebook Business Pages.


Steps to Manage Branded Posts

  1. Log in to the Retail Partner Portal
    Navigate to the Branded Posts section.

  2. Select the Campaign
    Choose the branded campaign you want to manage.

  3. Approve or Reject the Campaign

    • Click Approve Post to manage the campaign for your outlets.

    • If you do not wish to run the campaign, click Reject Selected.

  4. Publish to Your Pages

    • Select the Facebook Business Pages where you want the campaign to appear.

    • Click Publish Selected to post to the chosen pages.

    • To publish to all connected pages, click Select All before publishing.


This process ensures your branded campaigns are published to the correct pages and gives you control over which outlets participate.
