Overview

You can publish customised Sponsored Advertising Campaigns directly from the Retail Partner Portal to your business’s Facebook and Instagram pages.


Steps to Publish an Ad

  1. Log in to the Retail Partner Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Sponsored Advertising page.

  3. Browse the available ads tailored to your business by your portal sponsor.

  4. Click the Preview button on any ad to see how it will appear to your local audience on social media.

  5. If you're happy with the ad, click Approve to publish it to your connected Facebook and Instagram business pages.

  6. If you do not wish to publish the ad, click Reject This Campaign and enter a message explaining why. Your feedback will be sent to the portal sponsor.


Tips

  • Make sure your social media pages are correctly linked to the portal before approving ads.

  • You can preview ads as many times as needed before making a decision.

  • Rejected ads can be revised and resubmitted by the sponsor based on your feedback.
