Summary
You can signup by entering an email and password, or by using your Google or Microsoft account. In many cases, a Helios team member will create your account for you. If so, you will skip the signup process.
Once you sign up, you must set up your customized dashboard to access the platform. This only takes about a minute!

Choose the countries you are interested in seeing for each commodity. Defaults to a global view (all countries)

Choose a plan type
See your total cost and enter your credit card information

You can sign up the following ways:
Entering an email and password
Using your Google or Microsoft account
In many cases, a Helios team member will create your account for you. This is likely the case if you are on a trial, are an enterprise customer, or qualify for a specific type of account. If so:
You will skip the signup process.
Expect an email from your account manager or sales representative with your email and password. You will use these to login to your account for the first time.
Your account will already be pre-loaded with your preferred commodities, locations and user preferences.
After successfully logging in for the first time, we suggest you reset your password.
Guide to Signing Up for the Helios Platform
1. Access the Helios Platform 0:00
Go to the Helios platform landing page at https://platform.helios.sc
Click on the blue 'Sign Up' button.
2. Enter Your Information 0:15
Fill in your name, company, and email address. Important: Use your business email.
Create a password - password must include a minimum of 16 characters with at least one capital letter (ABC), number (123) and symbol (!@#).
Click 'Sign Up'.
3. Onboarding Process 0:25
After signing up, proceed to the onboarding section.
Choose the agricultural commodities you are interested in by searching for them (e.g., apples, pineapples, wheat, cocoa beans, coffee, coconuts).
4. Select Locations for Commodities 0:42
Choose the countries you are interested in for each commodity.
The default view is global; if you want specific countries, select them (e.g., Brazil, Austria, Croatia, France, Greece for apples).
5. Review Your Selections 1:14
Review your selected commodities and locations.
Note the distinction between Exchange-Traded Commodities and Standard Commodities.
6. Choose Your Plan 1:22
Select your plan based on your commodity selections.
For example, if you have less than 5 Standard Commodities, you qualify for the Basic plan.
7. Summary and Payment Information 1:30
Review the cost of your plan and enter your credit card information.
Click 'Finish Up' after entering your payment details.
Wait for the system to process your credit card information.
9. You’re now ready to use the Helios Platform! 2:16

You are now automatically enrolled to receive commodity reports for all your crops.
To update your subscription to your weekly reports or global commodity reports, please reach out to reporting@helios.sc or your account manager for assistance.

We suggest you check your email and immediately verify your email, as the link will expire after 24 hours. If you miss it, you are easily able to request a new link on the platform.
