You can reset your password whether you are logged on or not.
How to reset your password in the platform
Navigate to account settings. You will automatically be in your user profile, which is where you can reset your password.
To get to your account settings:
Click on the user icon in the bottom left corner of the platform. You can access this from any screen.
A menu will appear above the icon - one of the options is “Account Settings”. Click here to access your settings.
Click on the blue “Reset Password” button.
A link will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions.
How to reset your password without logging in
Click on “Forget Password” on the login page or go to the following link: https://platform.helios.sc/reset-password
Enter your email address and click "Reset Password"
If we have an account associated with this email address, a link will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions.
