Beyond browsing commodities, Helios AI provides access to several tools that help you customize your platform experience, explore data at a deeper level, and manage your workflow. These features are available through buttons on the Home Page and the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Helios Horizon
Helios Horizon is Helios’ AI-powered assistant, designed to support procurement teams and traders.
You can use Helios Horizon to:
Ask general questions about commodities, markets, or climate conditions
Get help interpreting platform data
Explore futures pricing and exchange-traded commodities using a dedicated trader mode
Helios Horizon functions like a co-pilot, helping you surface insights without needing to manually navigate every tab.
Locations Tab
The Locations tab focuses on individual growing locations rather than aggregated regions or countries.
In this tab, you can:
View growing locations on an interactive map
Click into any location to see detailed, location-specific information
Search for locations by commodity
Filter locations by country
Search directly by location name
This view is useful when you need to understand what is happening at the farm or production-site level.
Reports Hub
The Reports Hub is a centralized place to view all emailed reports.
You can use the Reports Hub to:
View old and current personalized reports
Manage your report settings
Send reports to colleagues
Download and favorite key reports
Helios Horizon Widget
If you want to use Helios Horizon without leaving your current page, you can open the Helios Horizon Widget.
The widget allows you to:
Ask questions while continuing to navigate the platform
View previous conversations
Start a new chat
Jump to the full Helios Horizon page if needed
After you submit a question, you can collapse the widget and continue working. The widget will visually indicate when a response is ready, so you don’t have to pause your workflow.
Using the Home Page Efficiently
Rely on the left-side navigation to move between data views, reports, and locations.
Use Helios Horizon or its widget to get quick answers without interrupting your analysis.
