No, Atlas product pages may only be generated for Atlas stores (themes). In order to use Atlas generated product pages you must first generate a store using the Atlas store generation feature on the homepage.
Once you have an Atlas theme, then you can select which Atlas theme you would like to generate a product page for and start generating product pages for that theme.
