About the retirement
When is AI Product Photos being retired? On June 1, 2026, AI Product Photos will be removed from Atlas entirely.
Why is AI Product Photos being retired? We've decided to focus on our core features and recommend Higgsfield for future product image generation.
Can I still generate new images? No. Generation has been disabled for all users, including those who previously had access. Only the Saved Images tab is still active so you can download your existing library.
What should I use instead? We recommend Higgsfield for future product image generation. It's an independent service, not part of Atlas.
Downloading your images
How do I download my saved images? Open Atlas, go to AI Product Photos, click the Saved Images tab, select the images you want, and click Download selected. See [AI Product Photos is retiring on June 1, 2026] for the full walkthrough.
Can I download all my images at once? There's no select-all option. You'll need to select images individually or in batches. If you have a large library, plan to work through it page by page.
Where do downloaded images go? They download to your device using your browser's standard download behavior. Check your Downloads folder or wherever your browser saves files.
After June 1, 2026
What happens to images I don't download? Any images still in your Saved Images library on June 1, 2026 will be permanently lost. There is no recovery option.
Will I still see AI Product Photos in my Atlas dashboard after June 1? No. The entire feature will be removed from the dashboard. The sidebar menu item, all tabs, and the Saved Images library will all disappear.
Will I be charged for AI Product Photos after the retirement? No. AI photos are no longer part of any usage or billing calculation.
