Everything a Turnover Host should know before completing a Turnover!

The Goal

To prepare a home for the next Member to check-in after the previous Member has checked out.

This is one of the most important jobs a Host can do for Landing! We have a Turnover Cleaning after each Member moves out of their Landing Home, before the next Member moves in.


Preparing for the Job

  • Bring your fully/mostly charged cell phone

  • Bring your full cleaning kit on the job


What You Will Do

  • Pex shop for the Welcome Kit Items in a local Target

  • Complete an Access form for the Access Team at HQ

  • Clean the Home according to Landing Standards

  • Wash the linens in the unit

  • Inventory the furniture and housewares in the home

  • Re-stage the home if needed

  • Report any maintenance issues that you find in the home.

  • Leave the home ready for the next member to move in.


TIPS

  • Report anything that is missing in the forms in your job

  • If the unit is excessively dirty when you enter it, please take photos and send them to Landing HQ.

  • If the member is still present in the unit when you arrive, please immediately tell HQ so that a specialist can troubleshoot with you.

  • If the previous member left behind jewelry, electronics, documents, medicines, or other items of a higher monetary value, please let HQ know.

  • If the previous member left a substantial amount of items in the unit, please let HQ know so we can confirm if the member is fully moved out of the unit.
