To prepare a home for the next Member to check-in after the previous Member has checked out.
This is one of the most important jobs a Host can do for Landing! We have a Turnover Cleaning after each Member moves out of their Landing Home, before the next Member moves in.
Preparing for the Job
Bring your fully/mostly charged cell phone
Bring your full cleaning kit on the job
What You Will Do
Pex shop for the Welcome Kit Items in a local Target
Complete an Access form for the Access Team at HQ
Clean the Home according to Landing Standards
Wash the linens in the unit
Inventory the furniture and housewares in the home
Re-stage the home if needed
Report any maintenance issues that you find in the home.
Leave the home ready for the next member to move in.
TIPS
Report anything that is missing in the forms in your job
If the unit is excessively dirty when you enter it, please take photos and send them to Landing HQ.
If the member is still present in the unit when you arrive, please immediately tell HQ so that a specialist can troubleshoot with you.
If the previous member left behind jewelry, electronics, documents, medicines, or other items of a higher monetary value, please let HQ know.
If the previous member left a substantial amount of items in the unit, please let HQ know so we can confirm if the member is fully moved out of the unit.
