Holding Your Order for a Later Shipment

Orders are typically dispatched as soon as they become available for shipping. However, in cases where a delay is needed, special arrangements can be made under specific conditions.

How to Request a Hold on Your Order

Once an order is ready for shipment, an email notification titled "An Update for You!" will be sent. If a delay is required, a request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving this email.

  • Orders can be held in storage for up to 2 months at no additional cost.

  • After the 2-month period, a 5% storage fee per month (calculated based on the item’s value) will apply.

If no hold request is made within the 24-hour window, the order will proceed with shipment as scheduled.
