Before Placing an Order
To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is important to measure and confirm that all items will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, and elevators while still in their packaging. Dimensions for each product can be found on the respective product page.
Important considerations:
If a package cannot be delivered due to size restrictions, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or cancellation.
Items will arrive fully assembled unless otherwise specified. Disassembly services are not provided.
How Delivery Scheduling Works
Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch:
If all items are grouped into a single shipment, a notification will be sent once the final item has arrived at the warehouse.
The assigned carrier will provide a delivery time slot, typically within a four-hour window.
For shipments sent via FedEx or UPS, no scheduling is required. A tracking link will be provided to monitor the delivery status.
On the Day of Delivery
An authorized recipient aged 18 or older must be present at the delivery location during the scheduled time.
It is recommended to protect flooring and nearby furniture before the delivery to prevent any accidental damage.
Delivery personnel are not authorized to move or rearrange existing furniture within the home.
For large deliveries, ensuring a clear and accessible pathway will help facilitate a smooth unloading process.
What If Rescheduling is Needed?
If a change to the scheduled delivery date or time is necessary, contact the assigned carrier as soon as possible. Any applicable rescheduling fees will be determined based on the carrier’s policies.
