Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
New & Unused: The item must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Not Eligible for Return: Items that are damaged, scratched, stained, or altered are not eligible for return.
Original Packaging: Only items in their original and undamaged packaging will be accepted for return.
Return Process—Step by Step
Initiate Your Return:
Contact our support team at [support@thepanelhub.com] and provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if necessary).
Approval & Shipping Label:
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Pack the Item Securely:
Use the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Note: Any damage during return shipping may result in additional charges or denial of a refund.
Ship the Package:
Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Refund Processing:
Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund & Restocking Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refund: The refund will be for the item subtotal and item tax, excluding any shipping charges.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or an alternative resolution.
Cancellations & Exclusions
Within 12 Hours of Order Placement:
Orders canceled within 12 hours of order placement and prior to our warehouse picking the order for shipment will be fully refunded.Made-to-Order Products:
For customized products or special requests made according to specific customer requirements, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed. These products are manufactured based on your specifications and are considered a final sale once the order is confirmed. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable after confirmation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Final Sale & Clearance Items: Products labeled as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Made-to-Order Items: These are specially crafted for you and cannot be returned.
Items Without Original Packaging: Products missing their original packaging or protective materials.
Damaged Returns: Items returned with visible signs of misuse, alterations, or improper packaging.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for your preferred item.
