Step 1: Search for the patient in the search bar
Step 2: Select the patient record you would like to access by clicking on it.
Step 3: Select the chosen Pathway (learn more on Pathways here)
Step 4: Select Add
Step 5: If you have got the patient's consent, select Consent obtained from patient to give consent on the patient's behalf.
Note: It may help patients feel more comfortable by letting them know the content is never stored on the device it is being captured by, only on a secure, online database.
Step 6: Confirm submission details. 'Choose files' allows you to select locally created files (i.e. photos, videos, PDFs) or capture live images by clicking the 'Capture media' button. Additionally add and preview forms under the 'Forms' tab by clicking on 'Complete Form'.
Step 7: Capture image or video. Once you have captured it, you will be given the option to mark it as sensitive.
Step 8: Add a note to the submission.
Step 9: Once you have pressed 'Submit', the media will show on the patient's record instantly.
