Step 1:

Patients > Add a new patient

Step 2:

Type in the patient's date of birth and NHS number to search to see if the patient already exists on the platform.

If the patient does, then you will be asked if you would like to be directed to that patient's visual record.

If the patient does not exist, we will search PDS for them. We will then display the details of the patient pulled from PDS and ask that you assign the patient to a team. You can learn more about Teams by pressing here.

It's also possible to manually enter a patient's details by clicking the edit icon in the bottom left corner.

Step 3: Click on Submit at the bottom of the page and that's it!
