It is important to notice that each member of your organization will have different permissions based on their role. When adding a new member to Notabene, you can select one of the following:
Compliance Officer (CO): can operate the platform, set integrations and automation rules;
Compliance Agent (CA): can operate the platform and use the integrations;
Developer (Dev): can configure tech aspects of the platform;
Admin (Adm): has full access rights for a VASP;
Group Admin: has full access rights for a Group VASP.
Admin access allows a member to do all actions, including add/remove and set roles to other members. Please select the appropriate role based on each member’s responsibilities.
