What information will we ask for?
Personal details: address, country of residence, date of birth, official ID
Identity verification: a photo of your valid official ID, taken directly from the app (uploads from your gallery are not accepted). Have your physical document ready before starting.
Financial information: occupation, income, assets, and source of funds
Risk profile: questions to understand your experience, goals, and risk tolerance
Keep in mind: Honest answers are key—your input helps us tailor your investing experience to your actual goals and needs.
How long does it take?
If you have everything ready, it should take 5–10 minutes. It’s quick, simple, and 100% within the app.
Important:
During the initial phase June 23rd to 29th, you can complete it calmly and without restrictions.
Once you enter Stage 2, you’ll need to finish the update to regain access to your account.
We recommend doing it early to avoid any interruptions to your investments.

Once inside, you’ll see the fields to confirm or update.
After you’re done, we’ll confirm that your information has been successfully updated.
