How can I change information already registered in my account?

  1. Contact us through support@mivest.io or the chat found in the app, with the information you wish to modify (for this we ask you to send us the most detailed information possible)

  2. If you want to change your email address, before requesting the change you need to create a new profile with the new email address in your app (it is not necessary to create a new investment account).

  3. If you need to change your residence data send us a public services bill in your name validating your new address, complete address (zip code, city and country) and validation of your identity.

  4. On the other hand, if you want to change your phone number, remember to send us your complete phone number with country and/or city code.

*Remember that in order to make any of these changes you must first complete the validation of your identity, ask CS how to do it

Once you send us this information our CS team will process your request as soon as possible so that you have your updated information in your investment account.
