Verification Process

Your money and the security of your account are our priority, that's why for several weeks and for the next few months we will be asking for your collaboration to make your account more secure.

Identity Verification

In this process we will only be validating your identity, that is to say, you will only need your identification document to fulfill this requirement.

Here is the step by step:

  1. We will ask you to verify your identity through a link sent to your email or directly from the app, for this you must have your identity document at hand:

    1. Verify that your document is current.

    2. When taking photographs of your document, check that the information on the photograph can be read and interpreted correctly.

    3. You can use your national identification document, driver's license or passport.

    4. The document is only valid in its original presentation, the digital version of any of them will not be allowed.

  2. Once you have taken the photos of your identity document, you must make a video:

    1. Keep in mind that you must look at the camera and make two circles with your head.

  3. Finally, you must confirm your email address.

    1. We recommend using the email address you use to access your Vest account.

After verification, please confirm the completion of the verification process by sending an email to soporte@mivest.io in order to finalize any pending processes.

Note: The process should only be carried out once, unless requested again by the CS team.
