All payments made to Hex Funded must be completed using a payment method that is owned by the account holder. This applies to every purchase, including
Evaluations, Instant Funding accounts, and any other account-related payments.
The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your Hex Funded account.
Why This Policy Exists
This rule exists to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure that every account is genuinely owned and operated by the person it is registered to. It also protects you as a trader by ensuring your account cannot be linked to payment activity that does not belong to you.
What Happens If This Rule Is Violated
Using another person's card, bank account, or payment service to purchase an account is a violation of our Terms of Service. If this is identified:
The violation will be flagged on your account
Any profits generated on the account may be removed
Further action may be taken in line with our Terms of Service
Cryptocurrency Payments
This restriction does not apply to cryptocurrency payments.
When paying with crypto, you are free to use any wallet or exchange of your choice, regardless of the name associated with it. Crypto payments are accepted from any source.
