We would first like to express our deepest gratitude to our customers who have trusted and been with HEYBIT's Invest product Alpha for a long time. It is thanks to the trust and support of each and every one of you that HEYBIT has achieved meaningful growth.
While we have always strived and worked to provide a better investment experience, after careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we will be terminating our Invest products Alpha and Alta as of October 31, 2025.
We are very sorry and regretful to have to announce this decision.
Here is the reason for the termination.
Alpha, a statistical arbitrage strategy that generated profits by capturing subtle market fluctuations using our customers' digital assets, was operating normally based on a specific investment amount.
This meant that, in addition to our team's continuous strategy improvements, maintaining a stable amount of investment capital was essential.
However, recently, with some customers withdrawing a significant amount of their investment, it has become difficult to maintain the strategy.
We also explored revamping the strategy for small-scale investments, but we have determined that it does not meet our internal operational guidelines and have therefore decided to terminate both the Alpha and Alta products.
We announce this decision with a heavy heart, as we know it may cause great inconvenience and disappointment to our valued customers.
Nevertheless, we have reluctantly decided to terminate the service, as we believe that continuing in an environment where we cannot fully be responsible for your valuable assets would be a betrayal of your trust.
Service Termination and Withdrawal Schedule
You can directly request the termination and withdrawal of your Alpha and Alta bots before the service termination date. Any bots not terminated by the termination date will be terminated automatically and sent to your wallet.
Please check the schedule below and proceed with your termination and withdrawal requests.
You can request withdrawals at any time, which will be processed sequentially during business hours after a wallet address verification process.

Please request the termination of your active bots directly. If you do not, they will be terminated automatically and deposited into your wallet on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Mass bot terminations will be processed sequentially on the final day, taking into account market conditions and potential impacts on bot operations.
Profits or losses may occur in bots that are not terminated directly before the mass termination date.
If there are profits above the high-water mark when terminating a bot, a performance fee may be incurred according to each bot's policy, and no early termination fee will be charged.
After a bot is terminated, the investment will be sent to your wallet, and withdrawal requests will be processed sequentially during business hours.
Account Verification must be completed for withdrawal, and an additional authentication process with your linked 2FA is required.
Due to Korea's Travel Rule regulations, direct withdrawals to Korean exchanges such as Upbit and Bithumb are not possible. Please request withdrawals through overseas exchanges such as Binance and OKX.

Q. How do I terminate and withdraw my funds?
A. After the bot is terminated, your funds will be transferred to your wallet. For digital assets worth ₩1,000,000 or more in your wallet, you must withdraw them to an exchange such as Binance or OKX. Please refer to the guide below and follow the steps in order.

Q. What happens if I do not terminate the product by the service termination date? A. Your assets will be automatically terminated on October 31, 2025, stored in your wallet, and you can then request a withdrawal.
Q. I want to relink my 2FA (Google Authenticator) to request a withdrawal!
A. If you need to unlink your 2FA linked to Heybit due to reasons such as changing your phone, deleting the app, or losing your recovery key, please send us an email!

Reason for Unregistration: (e.g., I lost my phone, I lost my Google Authenticator backup code, I accidentally deleted the app, etc.)
Attachments: A photo of yourself holding your passport open to the personal information page, a handwritten note with the current date, the service name "HEYBIT," and your registered email address with HEYBIT. The date on the note must be the same as the date the request is submitted.
The note and the information on the passport's personal information page must be clearly visible.
Your entire face and personal information on the ID must be clearly visible.
The ID must be held close enough to be easily readable.
