I took a BUS/MRT ride with my UOB card but it hasn’t tracked after a day. Why?

Because UOB is the payment acquirer for BUS/MRT payments, the transaction does not pass through Visa’s network immediately and HeyMax does not get to know of your payment immediately. However, your payment will still get tracked up to a month later and the corresponding miles will be issued to your account.
