You will not earn Max Miles on your Chocolate card transaction in the following cases:

  1. The Merchant Category Code (MCC) of the merchant is in the exclusion list or wallet top ups such as EZ-LINK / SimplyGo wallet

  2. Your Chocolate card transaction is below SGD $0.50

  3. Bus/MRT transactions will show up only after your Chocolate card is charged at 6 am on the next day

  4. Max Miles are only awarded for your Chocolate card transactions after 11th February 2025 12:00am SGT, when the HeyMax Chocolate Finance campaign was launched.
