There are two ways to make loyalty program redemptions as of 7 April 2025. The method of redemption depends on the airline or hotel loyalty program. Here's how each option works:

Before making a loyalty program redemption, you need to have at least 1000 Max Miles available. (7 April 2025 Update: Minimum redemption for loyalty program redemptions will increase to 10k Max Miles starting 21 April (FlyAnywhere remains starting at 1,000 Max Miles). This is temporary, as new partners come onboard, we’ll bring back 1k minimums and near-instant transfers.)
Additional Notes:
For a limited time from 7 April until 20 April 23:59, you can still redeem with as few as 1k Max Miles across all loyalty programs. From 21 April onwards, a 10k Max Miles minimum will apply to Cash for Miles and Reimbursement redemptions.
For Reimbursement, everything on your final hotel stay invoice is eligible, including room, tax, and incidentals.

For our direct points transfer partners, it typically is processed instantly or within one day. However, some partners may take up to 3 weeks. You can view the estimated processing time by selecting your desired transfer partner.
For Cash-for-miles partners, you will be issued a Virtual Card with the exact amount needed for you to purchase directly from the airlines/hotels. It typically takes our team up to 7 days to issue you the card.

You may only use the funds for the sole purpose of the miles/points purchase at the official sites.
