How to set a minimum required number of references that candidates need to provide the details of.

  1. Click your organisation logo in the top left corner of any HiPeople page and select the Organization settings button:

2. Under the My Organization section you can update the Minimum required references and click Save to confirm the change:

As best practice, we recommend to go for 4 minimum required references.
