Click your organisation logo in the top left corner of any HiPeople page and select the Organization settings button:
2. Scroll down to GDPR Settings and here you'll be able to change the time intervals for how often personal data collected from candidates and references should deleted.
You can set a specific time window for:
after which all data collected from candidates and references will be deleted ('Automatically delete personal data after')
after which time soft-deleted data (i.e. candidates or references you have deleted in HiPeople) should be ultimately deleted ('Automatically delete soft-deleted personal data after')
3. Once you click the Save button a confirmation pop-up message will appear requiring you to confirm the changes by clicking the Yes, update settings button:
