At HiPeople, we're committed to streamlining the recruitment process for our users. One of the functionalities we offer is the ability to share a direct link to the assessments you create, making it seamless for candidates to proceed to the next stage.

Below, we outline a few variations of how you can present this link to candidates, ranging from a formal tone to a more colloquial one.

1. Formal Tone:
Dear Applicant,

As a part of our recruitment process, we request that you complete an assessment which assists in determining the alignment of your qualifications with our job requirements.

Our objective in utilizing this method is to expedite the selection process and ensure an equitable opportunity for all candidates.

You can complete the Assessment using this link:

[Assessment Link].

2. Moderate Tone:
 Hello,

Thanks for applying!

The next step is to take a brief assessment that helps us see how well you match the role. We've found this is a great way to speed things up and make sure everyone gets a fair shot.
