All teacher accounts have the ability to purchase unlimited AI Tools. Administrators can disable this option at the district level or within specific schools.
❗️Please note that only district administrators can enable or disable AI features. If you're a school administrator, reach out to your district admin for support.
Follow the steps below to disable teacher purchasing of AI tools:
Launch AI tools from HMH Ed. Click the elipses to access your account menu, then click "Manage Licenses".
Find your license, and click the "Features" tab.
Restrict teacher purchasing in the entire district by clicking to disable in the middle column for 'District Domain.' Restrict purchasing by individual schools by selecting the school in the right table column, then click to disable.
