Yes, All Homebody sofas, sectionals, and recliners are covered by a three-year warranty.

At Homebody, we're committed to producing products that are durable, life-friendly, and of the highest quality possibly. We're proud to offer a three year limited warranty, as defined below, for our couches and recliners.

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from Homebody, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims

What are the Covered Products and applicable Warranty Periods?

Covered Products are any Homebody products described below that have been manufactured and sold to you by Homebody in the United States, are owned by the original purchaser, are used in residential non-commercial settings only. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing of the Covered Product or any of its component parts that cause the Covered Product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially altered in appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).

Couches and Recliners

  • Homebody couches and recliners in Linen and Velvet fabrics have a 3 year warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

  • Homebody couches and recliners in Pet Friendly fabrics have a 3 year warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects on all components (Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, Back Pillows) excluding the Pet Friendly fabric (Covers) which have an 18 month warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?

  • Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.

  • Damage caused by evidence of excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, or abnormal use or use contrary to the advisories or instructions contained.

How do I obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please call 310-986-8835 or email our Customer Service Team at support@stayhomebody.com during the applicable Warranty Period.

You will need to provide your order number, photos and a description of the defect.

Important Information

To the extent permissible by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy and no other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, apply.

In no event will Homebody be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.

In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period and no warranties apply after that period.

What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?

If we receive a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will either (a) repair the Defective Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished Product. If we determine it is not reasonable to repair or replace the Defective Product, we may choose to refund to you the purchase price paid for the Defective Product, rather than repair or exchange it.

You may be responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges for the delivery of a repaired or replacement product.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.
