At Homebody, we're committed to producing products that are durable, life-friendly, and designed to last. We proudly offer a three-year limited warranty on structural components, with additional warranty coverage for fabrics and cushions as defined below.
Who is Covered?
This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from Homebody, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims.
What are the Covered Products and applicable Warranty Periods?
Covered Products include Homebody sofas, sectionals, and recliners. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.

Couches and Recliners
Homebody couches and recliners in Linen and Velvet fabrics have a 3 year warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.
Homebody couches and recliners in Pet Friendly fabrics have a 3 year warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects on all components (Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, Back Pillows) excluding the Pet Friendly fabric (Covers) which have an 18 month warranty from Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.
What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?
Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
Damage caused by evidence of excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, or abnormal use or use contrary to the advisories or instructions contained.
Normal wear and tear (including pilling, fading, cushion softening, or wrinkles).

How do I obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please call 310-986-8835 or email our Customer Service Team at support@stayhomebody.com during the applicable Warranty Period.
You will need to provide your order number, photos and a description of the defect.
If your claim is approved:
Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts; or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
We’ll always keep you updated on timing so you know what to expect.
Please note: Because we are constantly listening to our customers and improving our designs, replacement parts may take additional time. In most cases, fulfillment can take a minimum of 8 weeks as:

Important Information
To the extent permissible by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy and no other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, apply.
In no event will Homebody be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period and no warranties apply after that period.
What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?
If we receive a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will either (a) repair the Defective Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished
If repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be completed within a reasonable time and the claim is still within the applicable warranty period, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.
