What are the advantages of being a HONK Partner?

HONK Partners can:

  • Accept or reject any jobs without penalty 

  • Receive jobs through HONK Partner app for both dispatchers and drivers 

  • Completely customize their operating hours and account/company settings

  • Get paid within 72 hours of payment being requested (usually same day)

Why hasn’t my joinHONK.com account been activated yet?

Partner accounts can only be fully activated when we have both your certificate of insurance and background check(s) on file for your operators using the Partner app. Every driver on your My Team page should be at 100%, and each profile explains what else is required for that person. If you have already completed everything, send us a message at joinhonk.com.

What are the advantages of using the HONK Partner app?

The HONK Partner app has the following advantages:

  • No more automated phone calls

  • Dispatchers can be notified of jobs that are close to their drivers

  • When a job comes in, the dispatcher can see each operator's drive time to the customer's location

  • Drivers can set their statuses to "On Duty" or "Off Duty" within the app, meaning that they will only show up for the dispatcher when they are "On Duty"

  • Job notes are always available throughout a live job

How do I set up the HONK Partner app?

How does HONK provide payment?

Payment is sent via credit card after a job is completed. Direct deposit is available to any accounts created before 3/12/24.

Note that payment must be requested for each job to initiate the transfer of funds. Learn how to request payment here.

How long does it take to get paid?

Typically payments are sent the same day the job is completed. Please note however that it may take up to 3 business days after a job is completed for the payment to be sent out. If you don't receive payment within this time frame, email accountspayable@honkforhelp.com or call 800-979-3162. Ensure your reference number(s) is handy when communicating with our accounts payable team!

How are jobs dispatched?

Our goal is to dispatch companies who are closest to the customer

The system takes into account the following factors:

  1. Estimated time of arrival (ETA)

  2. How often the company has proven to meet their ETAs 

  3. Customer service rating history

  4. Proper use of the HONK Partner app
