If your dispatcher or drivers are not receiving notifications, check to see everything is set up correctly.

Direct to Dispatcher = Anyone marked as a central dispatcher or dispatcher/driver receives jobs through the HONK Partner app to accept and assign jobs to anyone assigned as a driver when a job is available near one of your drivers. This method is ideal for companies with multiple employees.

Direct to Driver(s) = Each person marked as a driver will be able to receive and respond to alerts of nearby jobs, without a central dispatcher.

To make sure you get job alerts properly here is how to update your team profile to designate team members as a Dispatcher, Driver or Dispatcher/Driver role:

Step 1: Labeling Dispatcher, Driver, and Dispatcher/Driver

Go to JoinHONK.com to log into your Partner Portal and click the My Team tab on the left.

You can click within each driver or dispatcher's profile to complete the following:

Label them as a Dispatcher:

Label them as an Driver:

Label them as a Dispatcher and a Driver:

To make sure your driver/dispatcher's app is working, you can send them a test notification.

You also have the ability to remove an driver or dispatcher if necessary.

Step 2: Checking Contact Method

Make sure your contact method is set accordingly in My Team.

If you have Dispatcher selected, there always needs to be a Dispatcher On Duty as shown below:

If you have Direct to driver(s) selected, there needs to be AT LEAST one Driver On Duty as shown below:

Step 3: Active on Partner App

Make sure each On Duty dispatcher or driver has been active with their Partner app in the last 24 hours.
