View account balance and add more funds to ensure your program is run successfully

Whether you are about to run a program or just want to check your account balance, it's easy to monitor your balance in Hoppier.

To view your account balance, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Company settings tab.

  2. You can see your available account balance.

Important Notes

  • Your Hoppier account balance is a summary of all funds in your account

  • All attendee transactions are drawn from this overall account balance

  • If your account balance becomes too low, you are risking that attendee who are attempting a transaction with their Hoppier card will decline. It is important that your account remains funded at all times when you are running any active programs. See funding timelines here.

  • We recommend setting a low balance warning that will trigger an email to you when your balance is too low. You can learn more about that here.
