3. Full Clinical Management
Ongoing review of your treatment plan by your prescribing doctor.
Adjustments made in response to bloodwork, symptoms, or patient goals.
All updates documented in your portal under treatment plan history.
4. Prescription Management
All prescriptions included.
New prescriptions and repeats issued as clinically appropriate.
E-scripts securely integrated with partner pharmacies for seamless ordering.
5. Side Effect Monitoring & Adjustments
Side effects are monitored and managed proactively.
Treatment is modified as needed to improve symptom relief and minimise adverse effects.
6. Blood Test Review & Interpretation
Your doctor will review and interpret blood tests ordered through Hormn.
Test results are uploaded and stored in your patient portal.
Feedback and dosage adjustments are made accordingly.
6b. Bulk Billed Ongoing Blood Tests (TRT Patients — from 27 August 2026)
From 27th August 2026, all ongoing blood tests for patients on TRT are bulk billed through Medicare — at no cost to you.
Order your referral directly through the Hormn portal.
A doctor will approve your referral within 24 hours.
You will receive an SMS from Healius with your referral during business hours.
Take your referral to a Healius pathology centre only (QML, Dorevitch, Laverty, Western Diagnostic, Abbott, or TML). Find your nearest centre at https://www.healius.com.au/locations
Please wait until 27th August before ordering — do not order a privately billed $175 TRT patient panel in the meantime.
7. Access to Lifestyle & Treatment Optimisation Content
Access educational content through the portal.
Receive printed lifestyle guides with your medication orders.
Topics include: diet, exercise, cardio, sleep, mental health, and alcohol use.
8. Medical Record-Keeping
All consultations, messages, prescriptions, and treatment plans are stored securely.
Full visibility in your portal with downloadable history.
No additional fees for consultations, prescription renewals, or doctor access.
The subscription fee is charged monthly via credit or debit card and can be cancelled anytime.
It does not cover medications or optional extras, which are billed separately. From 27th August 2026, ongoing blood tests for TRT patients are included via bulk billing and are no longer billed separately.
