Once your consultation is complete and the doctor confirms you're eligible for treatment, a prescription will be created and uploaded to your patient portal under the relevant treatment.
Ordering Medication
You can then order your prescribed medication via the ScriptMate checkout inside your portal. Payment is handled securely through ScriptMate and the prescription is automatically transferred to a partner pharmacy.
Dispensing & Delivery
The partner pharmacy receives your prescription and dispatches your medication via Australia Post Express—usually within 12–24 hours.
