Once your consultation is complete and the doctor confirms you're eligible for treatment, a prescription will be created and uploaded to your patient portal under the relevant treatment.
Ordering Medication
You can then order your prescribed medication via the ScriptMate checkout inside your portal. Payment is handled securely through ScriptMate and the prescription is automatically transferred to a partner pharmacy.
Dispensing & Delivery
Once the partner pharmacy receives your prescription, they dispatch most medications within 24 hours via Australia Post Express.
Please note that male fertility medications may take up to 3 weeks from the time of order to delivery due to the additional time required for compounding.
