How refunds work at Hormn.

Hormn is a 100% private clinic. All billing is private, with no Medicare rebates or direct insurance claims.

  • Subscription Fees: Refunds for subscription fees are issued solely at our discretion. In general, subscriptions cover access to our platform, consultations, prescription management, and ongoing support.

  • Doctor Consultations: These are non-refundable once conducted, as they represent a clinical service.

  • Medication Orders: Under Australian law, pharmacies cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any medication once it has been dispensed, regardless of whether it has been opened or used.

All refunds, if granted, will be processed back to the original payment method.
