Once your doctor prescribes a medication, an electronic prescription (e-script) is generated and stored securely in your account.
When you choose to order your medication through the portal:
Initiating the Order
You’ll be taken to a checkout interface powered by ScriptMate, a third-party tool used by our partner pharmacies.
ScriptMate processes your payment on behalf of the dispensing pharmacy.
Prescription Transfer
After payment is complete, ScriptMate transfers your e-script to one of our designated partner pharmaciesfor fulfillment.
Pharmacy Dispensation
The partner pharmacy receives your order and typically dispenses and ships the medication within 24 hours.
All shipments are sent via Australia Post Express, ensuring rapid delivery.
For male fertility medications, the full process may take up to 3 weeks from the time of ordering, as additional time is required for compounding
Tracking & Updates
As soon as the order is dispatched, your tracking information will be:
Displayed in your portal under the order
Emailed directly to you
You can monitor your shipment status via the AusPost tracking link provided.
Please note that medications can only be shipped to an Australian address.
All pharmacy services, including dispensing and shipping, are managed independently by licensed partner pharmacies. Hormn facilitates the prescribing and ordering process but does not dispense medications.
